Our Fit Satisfaction Guarantee

At Orrange Clothing, we stand behind the quality and fit of every garment. If you aren’t completely satisfied with how your items fit, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund or exchange.

How the “Trial Item” Works

To help us maintain our commitment to sustainability while ensuring you find the right size:

  • If you order multiple units of the same product (e.g., three pairs of shorts), please only open and try on one.
  • If the fit isn’t right, you may return the entire set.
  • The tried-on item must be clearly identifiable (placed on top or marked) so our team can handle it appropriately.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, items must adhere to the following (per CA Civil Code § 1723):

  • Original Condition: Items must be unwashed and show no signs of heavy wear, stains, or odors.
  • Packaging & Tags: All original tags and packaging must be included. Returns received without original packaging will be refused.
  • Final Sale: Due to hygiene standards, Underwear and Swimwear are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Single Items: We do not offer refunds for single-item orders that have been worn or washed.

Processing Your Return

1. Exchanges

Exchanges are always free. We want you in the right size, so we cover the shipping costs for all exchange requests within Canada and the USA.

2. Return Portals

Please visit our website at orrangeclothing.com to initiate your request via our automated portals:

  • Canada & USA: [Link to Portal]
  • International: Please email support@orrangeclothing.com with your order number.

3. Handling Fees

A return handling fee is deducted from the total refund to cover return labels and processing:

  • Canada: $15.00 CAD
  • United States: $10.00 USD
  • Rest of World: $20.00 USD (or local currency equivalent)

Reimbursement

Once your return is received at our hub, it will be inspected and processed within 5 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
  • Funds will appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
